A 10-year old child was shot and killed during showing of the animated movie Wreck-it Ralph at a Cinépolis movie theater in Mexico City.

Thirty minutes into the Disney animated movie, the child, named Hendrik Cuacuas, was shot in the head, but he movie house did not stop the showing. Instead, the employees took the child to a hospital and abandoned him there without telling the child's father.

The movie house didn't notify the police either.

The child was shot on november 2, but the news was reported in the media online today.

The incident has caused a huge uproar in Mexico, turning the hashtag #CinepolisAsesino (Cinepolis Murderer) into a trending topic.
